Star Energy Investment Group is spending 1 billion yuan ($145 million) on this venture named as 'New Titanic'. It's going to be the biggest tourist attraction at the resort on the banks of the Qijiang River.

Actually, New Titanic was meant to be ready by 2013. But, Too many delays pushed the grand launch of it to 2017 end.
