James Bond: Mexico City to hold first Day of the Dead parade thanks to Spectre.

The Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday

The film’s stand-out moment was the opening scene in which Bond casually strolls through a Day of the Dead parade in Mexico City before, changing into a suit and pursuing his targets. 

Inspired by the film, officials have decided to host a similar parade, on 29 October, that will start at the Angel of Independence and finish at the historic Zocalo square.
