Paradise II is a sequel to Maniego’s first timelapse in the city by the bay. He’s captured the famous fog rolling in from the pacific ocean, moving like water over the hillside and between buildings and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Shooting on a Canon EOS 5D Mark II and a Sony A7S II and three lenses– the Canon 16-35mm f/2.8L ll, 50mm f/1.2 L and 70-200mm f/4 L – the shoot took three years and 100,000 photos to put it together.

Editing took around six weeks in total and the files were processed with Lightroom and LRTimelapse with colour gradients applied with VSCO presets and the final product being compiled in Adobe Premiere Pro.
